Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies (12 crushed for the crust, 12 left whole for layering)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup chocolate sauce (for drizzling, optional)

Extra crushed Oreos for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.

Layer the Crust: Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of the Oreo mixture into the bottom of each serving cup. Press down firmly to create an even base. Set aside.

Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to mix until fully integrated.

Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

Layer the Filling: Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup. Gently place a whole Oreo cookie on top of the filling for a fun presentation.

Repeat Layers: Add another layer of the remaining crust (about 1 tablespoon) followed by another layer of the cheesecake filling, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Chill: Cover the cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the filling has set (overnight is ideal).

Serve: Before serving, drizzle chocolate sauce over the top if desired, and sprinkle with extra crushed Oreos for garnish. Enjoy your delicious No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Cups!
